I didn't look into the details before as I don't have international travel plans. But the emails make it sound like everything is improved; I didn't realize "Yep, we’ve bid farewell to roaming credits" was actually not such a good thing. On the brighter side they have now halved the cost of them, so you can get a one-day pass for $5 instead of $10.
